This fifth webinar of the Go Nuclear Series, is a workshop that will be lead by Talia Loderick.
Workshop Outline:
Talia Loderick, Money Coach & Financial Educator, will be running a workshop entitled Financial wellbeing for first-jobbers and early career professionals: From understanding your salary to saving to spending with power. Financial wellbeing is the sense of security and ease that comes with knowing you can pay your bills today, deal with the unexpected and that you’re on track for a healthy financial future. Sounds dreamy, no? Except… many of us were not taught how to manage money, how to understand our feelings about money or how to talk about money. But every day we earn, spend, give, receive, borrow, lend. Money impacts our lives daily. So, let’s talk money with the aim of improving our relationship with money so we can feel better and be better with money. This workshop is for those entering the world of work or early on in their career – whether you’re a graduate, apprentice, intern or straight-into-work-after-school-or-college person. In this 60-minute workshop, Talia will cover:
· Core values – figuring out what matters to you most and setting financial goals;
· Salaries – understanding your take-home pay and common employee benefits including pensions;
· Savings – how to pay yourself first;
· Spending – with power.
Please note that this webinar will not be recorded.
